Questions
Is there a free trial session?
Yes. Book online or call. Trial sessions run Monday to Friday during opening hours.
What does the joining fee cover?
Nutrition advice, your member card and your training plans. You pay it once.
Can I train with Urban Sports Club or Wellhub?
Yes, with both. With Urban Sports Club you check in via the app, with Wellhub (formerly Gympass) from the Basic plan.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, on request and at extra cost, directly with Bernd Wolf.
How old do I need to be?
Under 18 you need written consent from a parent. The form is on the classes page as a PDF.
How long does my contract run, and how do I cancel?
Contracts run for 12 or 24 months. After that they continue indefinitely and can be cancelled monthly, as German law requires for new contracts. The exact notice periods are in your contract.
Can I give a workout as a gift?
Email info@kingsgym.eu and we will arrange a voucher for the ten-visit card or month pass in person.
