A gym in the old nightclub

Three training rooms, cardio on the mezzanine, martial arts and a bar.

Fortress of Steel

The machine room. Levers of thick steel, resistance from iron plates, built for heavy loads. Every muscle group, guided and heavy.

Dungeon of Pain

Back to the roots: barbells, racks, benches and dumbbells up to 60 kg. Deadlifts, heavy squats, bench press. Loud music allowed.

Castle of Legs

Presses, machines and space for heavy sets, all for lower body and legs. For size, maximum strength and better performance in your sport.

Try leg day

For over 50 years, KINGS meant a nightclub. Now the name stands for strength.

Formerly GYM PUR in Breyell, now in Kaldenkirchen.
